Flight Experience International is an exciting franchised business new to Singapore.Providing an unparalleled Flight Simulation experience, the business caters to both the high end leisure market as well as providing internationally recognised accreditation to commercial pilots of all levels.
Opportunities now exist to join the Singapore branch at the Singapore Flyer.
Joining a small, but passionate team, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse and discerning customer base.
Taking bookings, reservations, meeting and greeting, you will be able to convert walk-ins into customers.
You should be comfortable with Microsoft applications and computers.
You will be adept on the phone, and help to organise events that dazzle.
To succeed in this role you will have a true people orientation and be able to quickly build rapport with a variety of customers.
The ideal applicants will have a positive personality and attitude, be reliable, and demonstrate a strong customer service ethic, understanding that our business is all about delivering unforgettable experiences.
